From invoice to tax agency, no extra steps
-
Create the invoice
Pick the customer and what you are billing from your catalogue. Verificus works out the VAT and numbers the invoice.
-
The tax agency receives it
When you issue it, Verificus sends the record to the AEAT with VeriFactu. Each record is chained to the one before.
-
It carries the QR code
The invoice carries the VeriFactu QR, so your customer can check it on the AEAT's website.
What Verificus does
-
Issued and received invoices
Every invoice you issue is sent to the Tax Agency (AEAT) with VeriFactu, and you keep its receipt. Record the ones you receive too, so income and expenses sit together.
-
Invoice scanning
Upload a PDF or a photo of an invoice and Verificus extracts its details. It can also read the ones you receive by email at your Verificus address.
-
Customers and catalog
Save your customers and your products or services with their price and tax, and pick them on each invoice.
-
With your accountant
If your accounting firm (gestoría) works with Verificus, it sees your invoices and asks for documents here. You send them from your phone or computer.
For accounting firms
With Verificus for accounting firms, the firm asks its clients for documents and checks their invoices, without email or shared folders.
ContactQuestions
What is VeriFactu?
It is the Spanish tax agency's system for invoicing software. Each invoice creates a record that is sent to the tax agency when you issue it, and the invoice carries a QR code to check it.
When does it become mandatory?
The tax agency has changed the timetable more than once, and the latest date it has announced is October 2028. Verificus already works with VeriFactu, so when it becomes mandatory you will not have to change anything.
Do I have to do anything with the tax agency?
Just one thing: you authorise Verificus, once, to send the records on your behalf. You do it from the app.
Can I use it if my accountant does not?
Yes. Verificus works on its own, and you can download your invoices as PDFs to pass them to whoever needs them.
How do I get access?
For now, through your accountant or by writing to us. Tell us what you need and we will talk.
